Now that I've returned from a break in blogging we can all breathe easier.
What the past month has offered me.
. Left Philadelphia
. Kidnapped a lady from New York
. Set my computer back up in my brother's house
. Stared
. Worked outside
. Sent out too many resumes
. Flew to Wisconsin
. Married off one of my best friends
. Swam without swimming trunks (not what it seems)
. Made a fool of myself while dancing
. Flew back to Tennessee
. Worked even more
. Planned ahead for more than just myself
. Pined for Florida and friends in Florida
. Wondered if I'll ever leave his town
. Missed The Mill in East Falls
. Grilled out
. Slept too much
. Saw a weird/funny production of The Who's Tommy
. Been inspired
. Been depressed
. Eaten new foods
. Caught a foul ball at a minor league game
. Convinced the aforementioned kidnapped not to return to New York... just yet.

The least you could have done was kidnapped the girl and taken her to Florida.
I noticed that your profile says "slow and steady wins the race..." Where are you trying to get to? Seems to me the race ends with death and I for one am not in hurry to get there just yet. Too much to do, too much to see! I am glad to see that you are blogging along again.

The first part of that quote came from the title of a Pedro the Lion song. If you get a chance, check the band out. The album Control is awesome (if a little dark). Also Achilles Heel is very good.
It's David Bazan's band, and I usually post a lot of stuff by him on here. He's one of my all time favorite song writers.
And yes, I too still have a lot to see and do before check-out. Ha!
